Every product on this site belongs to one of our partner brands. We run the storefront and the sales conversation; the brand you order from owns the stock, takes the payment and ships your order.
Once your order is placed, you'll see that brand's own payment options (bKash, bank transfer, cash on delivery, etc. β set by the brand) on your order page. You can submit your payment reference there and we'll confirm it.
No β each order belongs to exactly one brand, since that brand ships and supports it directly. If your cart has items from more than one brand, checkout automatically splits it into one order per brand.
Sign in to My Account β My Orders, or use Track Order with just your order number and phone number β no account needed.
Open the order from My Orders and request a return. The brand reviews every return request directly, since only they can inspect the returned item and issue the refund.
No β our commission is paid by the brand, not added to your price.
