We collect the information needed to run your sales relationship and your orders: your name, phone, email, delivery address, and the record of your conversations and orders with us.

How your data is kept separate per brand

Your profile and conversation history are private to Commission Platform's own sales and support team. A partner brand only ever sees the specific order details needed to fulfil an order you place with them — never your full CRM profile, notes, or your relationship with any other brand.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal information to third parties.
• We never let one brand see your activity with another brand.
• We never store your card details — payment is handled entirely by the brand's own payment channel.

Your data, your account

You can view your order history and update your saved addresses at any time from My Account. To request deletion of your account, contact our support team.
