Terms & Conditions

1. What we are. Commission Platform is a marketing, sales and order-coordination service. We do not manufacture, stock, own or ship any product listed here.
2. Who you're contracting with. When you place an order, your contract of sale is with the brand that owns the product — not with Commission Platform.
3. Pricing. Prices are set by each brand and may change without notice. The price at the time your order is confirmed is what applies.
4. Payment. Payment is made directly to the brand through the payment method it offers. We do not process or hold customer funds.
5. Order splitting. If your cart contains products from more than one brand, checkout creates a separate order per brand, each with its own status and delivery.
6. Account use. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the delivery details you provide.
7. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
